Geana is principal of Insight & Innovation CMI. Her passions are innovation, insight mining, strategic planning and understanding what drives behaviour. She has depth in food/drink & health/wellness and works with clients to identify paths for growth. Geana has facilitation and semiotics training and a natural tendency for lateral thinking.
Geana has 25+ years experience in research, marketing and planning. She was previously Partner at Cadre CMI research consultancy; Partner at Commins-Wingrove research consultancy; and Partner at Second Sight Innovation consultancy. Prior to her independent work, Geana was Director of Marketing Communications for Bell Mobility; Director of Marketing for Pharma Plus Drugmart; and held account /planning roles in advertising / communication agencies.
